We broadcast from 4.00 UT / GMT every weekday. At the weekend  programmes begin at 12.00 UT / GMT. All times below are given in Universal Time (UT). 

Each weekday our half-hour morning programmes are broadcast at:

4.00, 5.00, 6.00 & 7.00 UT / GMT
