Euranet is a European radio partnership that has been broadcasting since 2008 in five languages (English, French, German, Spanish, Polish). It aims to broadcast in 23 European languages by 2013.

The name “Euranet” comprises the three elements of the project: Europe, Radio and the Internet and it is funded by the European Commission.

Euranet broadcasts on 1296 mediumwave and also via the shortwave and mediumwave frequencies of its partner stations. All the programmes can also be heard on the euranet website.

Euranet welcomes submissions by users. If you have pictures, text or video that you think would add to the euranet site you can send it to their website.

Euranet is also looking for partner stations in several countries to provide content in different languages. To see if your public or commercial station qualifies contact euranet for more information.
