Dispatch to Africa by satellite

Article published on the….. 11/02/2008 Latest update 13/02/2008 11:17 TU

Since 2006, RFI has equipped around 300 radio stations with Ordispace, a small computer enabling them to receive our productions on a daily basis thanks to the Afristar satellite. This precious little piece of apparatus enables radios to draw up a cue sheet lasting several hours, search for various subjects and compile an up-to-date record library. In January, 17 Senegalese radio stations received this material, and in March it will be the turn of partner radios in Burkina Faso. If you are an African radio station, please contact us for further information.

Dallol FM is in Niger and is one of RFI's 300 partner radio stations in Africa.
