Israel Concha was taken as a three-year-old child by his undocumented parents to live in the United States.He was then deported back to Mexico as an adult, only to be abducted and tortured, narrowly escaping death.A brave, intrepid and resourceful man, Israel Concha is now running an organization to help, advise and mentor thousands of others like him who are being kicked out of the United States.James Blears reports about new beginnings from a place called Little LA in the heart of Mexico City.Click on the play button above to listen.
