A Cairo court has sentenced former tourism minister Zuheir Garana to three years in prison for illegally issuing operating licences to tourism companies.
Garana was convicted in May on different corruption charges and given five years in prison.
He is one of many former regime officials who have gone on trial since president Hosni Mubarak was toppled in February.
Mubarak and his two sons are also on trial for corruption.
