Where is Syrian human rights lawyer Mazen Darwish?

The UN human rights body, the UNHCR, says the conflict in Syria has caused a severe internal displacement crisis. It has urged the Syrian authorities and parties to the conflict to respect international law. On the ground conditions for human rights activists are becoming increasingly difficult. One international NGO said this week that it is particularly concerned about the fate of Mazen Darwish, a prominent Syrian human rights lawyer. The International Commission of Jurists' Said Benarbia wants to know where he is.
