At least 24 people have been killed in flash floods in Mali's capital Bamako. Dozens of homes have been washed away and witnesses reported minibus taxis full of passengers swept off by the floods. Coumba Bah Traore, a social activist in Bamako, speaks about the impact of the floods on the city.
