Nigerian fires military leaders

Nigeria's President Goodluck Jonathan dismissed his military service chiefs on Thursday. Jonathan sacked the chiefs of the country's army, navy and air force, who have been waging the battle against the Boko Haram Islamist insurgency in the north of the country.
