In 2007, newly autonomous South Sudan introduced media bills promising press freedom. Today, in what is now Africa's youngest country, those promises have been broken. In this week's African Media, RFI speaks to Tom Rhodes, East Africa correspondent of the Committee to Protect Journalists.
