CAR refugees and returnees in Chad suffer on one meal a day

Central African returnees and refugees living in southern Chad are trying to scrape by on one meal a day to feed their families, but are suffering in the process. They say that they have been forgotten by the international donor community, but the World Food Program has such limited resources due to lack of funding.
