Second round of syrian talks opens in Geneva

The second round of talks between the Syrian government and the opposition begins on Monday in Geneva. It is hoped the discussions, known as Geneva 2, may produce tangible results towards finding a political solution to the Syrian crisis. Omar Imady, an expert on Syrian affairs from the University of St Andrews, comments about the importance of the Geneva 2 conference.
