Recent reports suggest that after decades of repression and censorship by a succession of military regimes, controls are loosening in the South East Asian country formerly known as Burma. Khin Maung Win, Deputy Chief of the Television channel, the Democratic Voice of Burma - the country's biggest broadcaster - speaks about freedom of the press and the lack of it in Myanmar.
