Strasbourg hangs on to language rights in presidential poll

With the first round of the French presidential election coming up on Sunday, this week we are taking a tour of France, to see what some of the issues are for voters. Today we go to Strasbourg, the capital of the Alsace region, right on the border with Germany. Many people speak a dialect of German and want to continue to do so.
