The dark side of Calais

With the Olympic Games in London fast approaching Calais, an important French port that connects the UK to the continent, is back in the spotlight. And once again it is showing its dark side. Along with the thousands of tourists who cross the Channel daily, hundreds of Afghans, Kurds, Albanians and Africans are attempting to reach Dover and London by hiding in trucks, either by themselves or by paying smugglers up to 2,000 euros to help them reach their destination.
