Will Saudi women be allowed to vote?

In Saudi Arabia, the nation's men voted on Thursday in municipal elections. Only the second ballot in the Muslim Kingdom's history. This time around - as usual - Saudi women are not permitted to vote. But, that is set to change, after the country's absolute Monarch King Adbullah granted women the right to vote in the next municipal elections four years from now.
