Lone-wolf attacks by young Palestinian or Arab-Israeli men  have often left Israeli security services powerless to act. With little good intelligence to shed light on the causes of lone attackers, Israel’s major cities find themselves with no easy way to prevent the strikes and appease civilian fear on the streets. Filip Warwick travelled to Tel Aviv in Israel to find out more.
