France is commemorating the centenary of the beginning of the First World War this year. Dominique Zanardi has been commemorating the war his whole life. As a boy he collected objects he found in the fields around his village, Pozières, in the heart of the Somme battlefields. Today he has runs a restaraunt for visitors, mostly Australians, who come to the village to remember the battle in the village with the most Australian casualties of the war. But Le Tommy is more than a restaraunt. In the back is a museum of the objects he has collected, and in the back are life-sized replicas of the trenches.
