South Korea’s LGBTQI+ community continues to face strong social prejudice.Conservative groups frequently protest pride festivals and there’s no legal protection that would prevent a person from losing their job or becoming a victim of other forms of discrimination due to their sexual or gender identity.It’s no surprise that many choose to keep this a secret from employers, friends and family.But, a small dance studio in Seoul is providing a safe place for members of this community to be themselves without fear.Jason Strother brings us the story.
