New Libyan PM Abdurrahim el-Keib speaks to RFI

In an exclusive interview with RFI, Libya's new Prime Minister Abdurrahim el-Keib says human rights will be a top priority for his new government. Keib was elected in a public vote by Libya's National Transitional Council on Monday night, beating four other candidates. The Tripoli-born electrical engineer, who has lived in the United States and the United Arab Emirates spoke about the implementation of sharia law as well as how he intends to overcome his lack of political experience in taking on the new job.
