Officer charged over 2009 Guinea massacre

A court in Guinea has filed charges against a leading army official for his role in the mass killing on the 28 September 2009 in the capital Conakry. The official in question - Lieutenant Colonel Moussa Tiegboro Camara - was secretary of state in charge of fighting organised crime at the time of the massacre. He is the highest-ranking official yet to be charged over the massacre. RFI spoke to Corinne Dufka of Human Rights Watch about the implications of the case.
