Former French President Nicolas Sarkozy was in Tripoli Tuesday on the second anniversary of France's entry into the war that toppled Moamer Kadhafi. Sarkozy met Prime Minister Ali Zeidan and addressed Libya's Parliament, the National Congress. Libya-watcher Imad Mesdoua believes Sarkozy went to Tripoli to advance his own political agenda.
