More business people could face war crimes charges

A growing number of lawyers, experts and activists are predicting that more and more business people are likely to be prosecuted in connection with war crimes. They argue that companies that operate in conflict zones must ensure that they do not enable war crimes, like slave labour. RFI spoke to Ken Gallant, a law professor who recently told an international law symposium in Paris that a growing number of corporations might also be sued for damages.
