A leading Nigerian association in the United States says an attack which targeted students at the weekend in Nigeria's Yobe State is a setback for emergency rule. 42 students and one teacher were killed when alleged Boko Haram extremists targeted their high school. The Christian Association of Nigerian-Americans or Canan says the attack raises questions about the effectiveness of emergency rule in Yobe. RFI's Michel Arseneault spoke to Canan's Executive Director, Pastor Laolu Akande.
