American journalist and filmmaker Taylor Krauss is the founder of Voices of Rwanda, a video archive dedicated to the Rwandan genocide. He traveled to Uganda in July, hoping to shoot a documentary about the trial of opposition leader Kizza Besigye. But, he tells RFI, he was arrested and held for three days without charge and his equipment was confiscated before he was eventually deported.
