Kenya's President says he will review a press bill that has sparked controversy. Uhuru Kenyatta says Kenya does not want to "gag" journalists. Under the bill, which has been passed by Parliament, journalists who violate a media code of conduct will have to pay huge fines. But Kenyatta has yet to sign the bill into law.
