US States Secretary John Kerry in Europe for key meetings

US Secretary of State John Kerry has begun his first overseas trip since taking up office three weeks ago. Kerry arrived in the UK on Sunday, the first stop of his nine-country tour in the Middle East and Europe, where he will be meeting with key allies. RFI spoke to Fatima Ayub, an international relations expert at the European Council on Foreign Relations in London.
