Crime in Venezuela is completely out of control and the murder rate has risen to levels greater than some war zones. The figures rose during the 14-year presidency of Hugo Chávez. From the streets of Caracas the third-part of our series on Venezuela examines how crime is fueled by poverty and impunity.
