New Zealand international Rudi Wulf is set for a month on the sidelines with a stomach problem, his French club Castres said on Tuesday.

The 32-year-old wing is due to undergo an operation in the following days to fix the issue.

The former Toulon and Blues back is likely to miss three or four Top 14 matches for Castres, who earned a surprise 13-9 success at then-pace-setters Racing 92 last weekend and will travel to Montpellier on Saturday.

Fellow Castres wing Romain Martial is also due to undergo an operation on a groin injury and will be out for three months.
