Canadian Milos Raonic has moved back into the world's top 10 in the latest ATP rankings released on Monday, after Richard Gasquet opted not to defend his title in Estoril last week.

The Frenchman also slips below Croat Marin Cilic, while Dominic Thiem continues his rise despite losing the final of the Munich Open to Philipp Kohlschreiber.

Nick Kyrgios drops out of the top 20 after losing in the Estoril semi-finals with his place taken by Benoit Paire, who also bowed out at the last-four stage in Portugal.

Novak Djokovic retains his massive lead at the top from Andy Murray ahead of his first match at the Madrid Masters.
