He hasn't yet hit 30, but pianist and composer Samuel Yirga from Ethiopia is fast becoming one of east Africa’s most promising young musicians. A piano player with the ethio-fusion collective Dub Collosus, Yirga is now carving out a successful solo career. Following a debut album Guzo in 2012, he recently performed in the Sacred Imaginations concerts co-curated by Sam Mills and Susheela Raman. A classically trained pianist, remarked for his improvisation skills, he talks to RFI about Ethiopia's vibrant music scene, where increasingly, everything is possible.Samuel Yirga is on facebook
