The London-based Committee of European Banking Supervisors published Friday the results of tests of 91 European Union institutions. Investors bet the tests, which over 65 percent of the EU banking sector, will show the European banking system in good health. French banks may be particulary in trouble since they've purchased a large share of Southern European sovereign debts.  But how reliable are the stress tests?
