EU's student exchange programme Erasmus running out of cash

Lawmakers announced earlier this month that the European Union's student exchange programme, Erasmus, is almost broke, after cuts in its 2012 budget. The famous exchange programme has been sending students to universities abroad for 25 years. Here in France, universities are worried that there might not be enough money next year to continue funding the program. RFI went to Paris's Sciences Po university to find out more.
