Turkey's prime minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan has said the Turkish military will end operations against Kurdish rebels if they stop fighting. Erdogan's remarks during an official visit to the Netherlands were in reaction to a ceasefire proposal by Abdullah Ocalan, the jailed leader of the PKK guerrillas.
