Wata Babbar kotu a birnin London, ta baiwa wasu Dattijan kabilar Mau Mau ta kasar Kenya damar neman hakkinsu daga Turawan mulkin mallaka kan yadda aka ci zarafinsu a shekarar 1950.

Su dai wadanna dattijai guda uku, Jane Muthoni Mara, da Paulo Mouka Nzili, da kuma Wambugu Wa Nyingi, sun bayyana cewar Turawan sun ci zarafinsu, kana kuma suka dandake su a sansanin da tsare ‘Yan kabilar Mau Mau da suka yi bore, kamar yadda lauyansu, Nzili, ya shaidawa kotun.

Mai Shari’a Richard McCombe, yace bayan nazarin shaidun da aka gabatar masa, mutanen na da damar shigar da kara domin a bi musu kadi.

Alkalin yace, shaidun sun tabbatar da yadda gwamnati da soji suka dinga aikata ba dai dai ba, a Birtaniya da kuma Kenya, lokacin da aka samu wancan matsala.

Masu goyan bayan wadanda suka gabatar da karan, sun fashe da kuka lokacin da alkalin ya yanke hukuncin a kotun.

Tuni dai Gwamnatin Birtaniya ta amsa cewar, dakarun ta sun ci zarafin ‘Yan kasar Kenya, amma taki amincewa da daukar alhaki, inda tace zata daukaka kara.
