Réformer l'Union européenne: «Il faut maintenir un équilibre»

Emmanuel Macron a affiché lundi 9 mai sa volonté de réformer l'Union européenne. Le président français propose notamment la fin de la règle de l'unanimité systématique, et la création d'une « communauté politique européenne » qui pourrait accueillir l'Ukraine.
